Honoring the legacy of Zazou Gaafar, the Design Studio by Azza Fahmy launches the Zazou Legacy Scholarship. As head of the studio since 2016, she played a vital role in the studio’s growth and success. A friend to not only the Azza Fahmy team, but also to all the students, her impact extended beyond work-she was an incredible leader and mentor.
Sadly, she left us on December 12th 2024, but Azza Fahmy and the Design Studio by Azza Fahmy honor her legacy through this scholarship, ensuring her impact lives on forever.
How to Apply:
Eligibility Criteria
The scholarship is for passionate designers aged 17 and above, who aspire to build a
career in jewellery design but face financial barriers.
Applicants should be dedicated to honing their craft and leveraging their skills to
establish a successful jewellery business.

Requirement 2: Applicants must provide a written statement outlining their
qualifications and aspirations, explaining why they are a strong candidate for the
scholarship.
